Busy Year!

It has been a busy year for Ector 4-H! So much so that their County Agent is getting behind in the posts! Please be sure and "like" our facebook page. That is where most of our reminders, pictures, and club happenings are posted. Our facebook address is: www.facebook.com/ectorextension Quickly - some of our biggest events have been: State 4-H Council Banquet at the State Fair of Texas, One Day 4-H, & 4-H Food Show. Now that 2013 is here, we are gearing up for the Ector County Livestock Show. Below are a few pictures of our latest happenings!

This is our Ector County 4-H President, Heston Henry, who is also a member of the State 4-H Council. He is pictured with Cheyenne Millican, a District 2 4-H member.
Ector County 4-H served our community during "One Day 4-H" by sacking food for a program called "Food 2 Kids". This organization helps feed children over the weekend who would normally go without any meals.

The Ector County 4-H Food Show was a fun event. Making a dish all by yourself and presenting it to judges is a challenge! Here is Madison with her pumpkin mousse.
Morgan made "Healthy Mac & Cheese" - it was a hit! Blue ribbon work, for sure!
